In my mind every day is National Coffee Day, but today it actually is! It is such a cool day where we can all come together and share our love for our favorite beverage, as well as talk about those who make it! I love to try different varieties of coffee from around the world, as well as different roasts, because there are truly so many flavors to be enjoyed!

When it comes to extracting those flavors at home, though, it can be a little difficult! If the water temperature, timing, or measurements are off then all of that attention to detail can be lost. Making delicious pour over coffee at home is so easy now! It has it’s on screen, step by step guide that walks you through the pour over process, so you get the right amount of coffee and water at the perfect brewing temperature for great tasting coffee! The maker has an integrated auto measuring scale that calculates the right amount of coffee and water, crazy high tech right?!

The cone style brewer allows water to flow evenly through the coffee ground to extract the fullest flavor. I Used the #2 cone pointed fillers (sold separately and easily found on Amazon). The on screen guide tells you when to pause for blooming, which is soaking the coffee grounds to extract, (you may even enjoy the flavor of pour over coffee without milk or sugar) personally, I like my coffee with oat milk but my husband enjoys his coffee black.
